    I'm going non-beer here for a second.

Yosemite for a day trip may be disappointing this time of year. Very little waterfall action, etc. Take the long way up to San Francisco by shooting over to the 1 and driving through Big Sur. Fog is less likely this time of year so you should get some nice views. Maybe you can leave LA somewhat late and stop in either Buellton or Paso Robles for the night, and stop by one of the Firestone-Walker tap rooms for "food" (Barrelworks closes at 7 on Monday-Thursday, so unless you made it very early that probably isn't an option unless you head up there early).

Make a concession and venture up the 101 to San Luis Obispo / Paso Robles area. Lots of wineries for her, and more breweries for you.

Winery/Brewery visit allowances are not how I determine my life partners

Pretty sure you should have customized your vows then to include necessary brewery trips.

As I reread this, I think op meant "1 destination trip", not 1 brewery stop.

If the gf doesn't mind, when you land at LAX have the driver take you the 5 minutes to El Segundo Brewing. Great way to land, have a drink to get some of the flight stress out, and then go on your way. nice and quick stop wit A+ beer

Sorry I didn't get a chance to respond. Thank you all for your recommendations. We ended up hitting up Cellarmaker in SF (amazing beers) and then toronado after that. Extremely disappointed with the Russian River beers I had at toronado. Didn't like Pliny or blind pig at all. Also hit up Ales Unlimited in SF. Great selection and friendly people working behind the counter. Picked up a combo of stickee monkey and helldorado (distro of FW in NJ is awful) some modern times beers, and an alesmith speedway stout. Overall, extremely happy with my trip. Thanks all!
