Already gone. I've had my growlers a couple of years, hopefully just the newer ones that are the problem.

 

I'm curious if it's a glass issue or a fill issue, regardless I hope they get it sorted soon.

And by the way, Fermentaria can take 20-30 minutes for growlers on during lunch service on a weekday, so I think 40 minutes during a bottle release IS having things figured out, relatively speaking.....

 

No way. If 40 minutes is top speed they really messed up. It's not HF with a one tap system. For all the shit Al takes, if filling growlers/crowlers took 30 minutes on average he'd be raked over the coals. I hope Tired Hands gets something better than what happened today. Luckily my company was top notch so I didn't necessarily mind the wait.

To be fair, the 20 minutes or so I've waited a few times was while I was sitting there also waiting for my check having been there a while, not like I had gone in just for growlers and it took that long.

 

Knowing it was a release day I make some excuse for them but if this is an everyday thing they should be strung out to dry.

Thanks! Do you know why I'm being told I have the max on those? It'll let me buy Kriek but not Gueuze; I did buy the limit on Gueuze last time they were in stock but I would think that wouldn't matter? I can always email Kurt but I thought I'd ask here first in case this is a policy I missed somewhere.

Not sure. I was able to buy the limit of the gueuze, but not able to buy the kriek. Maybe two bottle limit on all Cantillon?

That was my first thought, since I had put the Kriek in my cart first, but I took it out and tried the Gueuze again and was still unable to add it. Maybe what he's holding for you counts against your limit even if it's new stock. I'll email him and see what he says.
