Cascade for me, had to be the nostalgia of pilfered pale ales... I know it's not an IPA but oh well!

Strange, as I love Yellow Rose, which is all Mosaic, but I think Citra is hands down my favorite single hop. Centennial is a close second.

I've come to the conclusion that any hops if utilized correctly in the brewing process can make for an amazing IPA. I tend to lean towards the more citrus/juicy options (Citra, Galaxy etc) but yet last night I had the Columbus Single Hop Flying Dog and thought that was a quite tasty variant. So who knows.

Yeah, I'm swinging that way as well (piney). I'm still not over citrus juicy IPAs but I'm starting to crave the flavors and appreciate the piney styles now (Ruination 2.0 / Flying Dog Columbus Single Hop as 2 recent examples). Both are high ABV variants though so perhaps the extra malt balance may be influencing as well.

There should be an option for "all of the above".

My pendulum of preference is swinging back to the classic piney hops as well.

Yeah- I still haven't decided if it's the hops, or how they're used, but to me the c-hop beers are good for a few glasses in a row. On the other hand, something like Sip of Sunshine lost all of its tropical complexity barely into my second can last week and became straight bitter grapefruit peel.

Wonder if there is a hop profile out there with citra, centennial, amarillo and nelson sauvin. Feel like that would be the level of juiciness I'm looking for.

Love Citra, but the beers I love most are all blended brews. I love Moasic blended, don't like it as a single hop, and I don't like Simcoe alone either. I love Chinnookered from Lawson's, there's some very good Centennial single hop beers, but I beers like Two Hearted usually leave me wanting more of everything.

I bitter with warrior almost exclusively, but I don't know that the effect is particularly pronounced other than a nice smooth bittering. I'm intrigued when I see it available, but I don't know that it's nearly as interesting in some of the other hops you named in that list!

Equinox is also an underrated hop.
