Falconer' Flight is a blend containing Citra.
Pedigree: Special blend contains Citra™, Simcoe®, and Sorachi Ace along with experimental hops and numerous other NW varieties

There are so many hops on and off this list I could choose depending on my mood or the time of day. I ended up choosing Amarillo because I'm stunned it's currently sitting so low, ahead of only Columbus and Chinook.

I've been leaning Citra recently. I would have said Simcoe a few months ago but I think Citra has leapfrogged it.

Since citra is running away with the lead, what are some favorite beers that feature it?

Since you are in Vermont I would recommend Hill Farmstead Citra and Double Citra. The most widely known and enjoyed Citra beer is Zombie Dust. Many/most of the popular Vermont IPA's have Citra in combination with other hops.

I've had those and liked them very much. It seems like I get a bit of a soapiness from citra hopped beers that reminds me of cilantro. And I hate cilantro

    Sorachi Ace!

Very unique hop that I can usually detect pretty easily, Gubna and the new Ruination both use it I believe. A local brewery did a single hop IPA with it that I love which inspired me to brew a single hop pale ale with it. It has an odd tropical grassy flavor to me and also has flavors of dill and lemon.

The next experimental hop. Due to the long timespan of agronomic trials, groundwork laid years/decades ago is now beginning to show results. The pace of new hop variety introductions should increase for the next few years, and I'm always excited to taste what's next.

If I had to pick one, it would be Mosaic, with Citra close behind.
