I'll kick it off. Brewing the third rendition of my 100% Brett IPA to dial in the recipe where I want it to be. Just got my new shipment of hops in yesterday so I'm ready to go. Need to clean a keg out and my ferm fridge as well. How about y'all?

I took yesterday off to co- brew up 20 gallons of a Tripel Karmeliet clone. Now I have to bottle up 15 gallons of another Belgian I brewed a month ago.

Took a day off to brew a Societe The Pupil inspired IPA which is boiling now. Buckets of Nelson plus some centennial and citra. Mostly 2 row with a bit of wheat.

I like em. They aren't explosive, but they work well. They amped up my Saison to where I wanted it when I added it in the DH stage.

    I thought bottling 5 gallons was bad. I couldn't imagine 15!

Brewing up a BIAB Christmas Ale -- a tripel with rosemary, juniper, and EKG hops. Also going to start aging a long-term Pinotage project on wood staves, which will later be repurposed to oak-age either a Flanders Red or a Quad (haven't made up my mind yet).

Best of all, my wife said to me last night with great sincerity, "You know, you should brew more."

Am I a lucky man, or what?

Did a yeast starter last night with the plan to brew up my Citra/Galaxy pale ale again on Sunday. It's been a big hit. Will probably enter this into a local homebrew competition. Also will be tapping a DIPA later tonight. Smelled great at kegging so I can't wait to give it a try.
