I just purchased a mixed 6er and got some Hop Wallop. I couldn't remember the bottle dating website. Does anyone have insight on Victory bottle dates? I cannot find it on the bottle or label.

Enjoy by date is usually right on the front of the label. But I have seen bottles missing them or badly printed.

If you can't find it on the label, you got one with a missing date. Happens a LOT lately with Victory- I buy by the case (which is dated, too, of course), and many labels have illegible dates. It's supposed to be in the bottom left corner of the label, in white ink, about 1" from the bottom, 2" in from the left side. Look close and you might see some "broken" remains of what should be the "Enjoy by" date.

PS You'll find it more rewarding to look for the date code before you buy the beer rather than wait until you get home...

I haven't seen the Victory bottle date at all in the last few months, I've been checking a lot lately for some fresh Hop Devil.

Yeah I looked for it at the shop but wanted to try to beer so bad it wasn't top priority to me.

On the bottom of the bottle I found a spot etched where it says 12 MO-2 So perhaps February of this year?

I've seen several hop-wallop 6-packs at Wegmans without dating. Several other varieties were either legible, or too smeared to read. It seemed hop-wallop was the only Victory variety that didn't have even an attempt at a date. Not sure why that is. Love fresh HopDevil by the bottle - love it more on tap.

That's where I picked this up at. I had one in honor of IPA day and it tasted pretty fresh.

To continue on from this, I purchased a 6 pack of prima pils about two months ago. It had no date, so I emailed them. They said something along the lines of 'their machine was down, and a few batches went out with no date'.

    Not sure if this helps

Is anyone having difficulty finding the date on DirtWolf bottles lately? I've wanted to grab a 4pk, but can't find it any more. It was on the neck before disappearing.

yup. it's gone as far as I can tell. Has been for months. They still print a date on the cases, but on 4 packs there is no way to tell that I can find. Now I won't buy a 4 pack unless I take it out of the case myself

edit: I guess it's on the label. should have read before I posted. glad to know. thanks guys
