There's nothing near arrowhead. Nothing at all. The best local breweries in KC, in no particular order, are Cinder Block, Torn Label, Boulevard, and Martin City. Everything else is irrelevant.

 

Isn't there some Mongolian place out that way with good beer? Think I read that somewhere

Check out the new Stoney Creek Hotel in Independence. Stayed there for my bachelor party and loved it. You can Uber to pretty much anywhere.

 

Yeah, BD's is good, but I wouldn't exactly call it close, but I guess 10 minutes from the stadium as about as close as anything is. You're also about 10 minutes from downtown at the stadium which has a lot of beer options.

 

Yes, nothing close to Arrowhead but lots of cool stuff downtown! KC has a lot of great beer. Arrowhead is pretty standard fare for a stadium but no beer to write home about.

 

Tailgatting is where is at gameday, bring your own. Based on my recent experience, get there early traffic was hell on earth when I saw my Cowboys get cheated up there a few years ago

 

Coming down for the Bears game? If so, there will be a good sized bottle share at that game.

 

Happy Hour in Independence has a decent build your own 6 pack bottle selection for local distro if you want to pick up some stuff. Nobody has mentioned it yet, but Crane Brewing is opening up in Raytown this month and would probably be worth checking out by that time. Going to be focusing on Belgium style sours.
