Beachwood BBQ Beer Releases Thread

Just bought a case at the brewery. They have plenty.

 

Did Beachwood get rid of the lamb corn dogs? That habanero-berry catsup was delicious.

 

Mocha Machine and CitraHolic Bottle releases today

You are correct. Citraholic 11 bottle limit at 8 bucks each. Mocha Machine is 6 bottles at 12 bucks each.

 

How soon do you guys think it will sell out in? I'm trying to sneak off and take a looong lunch break.

 

So that you don't go on EBay and sell a case (12 bottles). Or that is part of the reason. But you could always have somebody buy a bottle to make it 12.

 

I've never had the Mocha Machine but I might just go during lunch and try it, maybe I'll even get a couple bottles if I like it.

 

MM will sell out way before CitraHolic. The LB location is a better place to get as the SB will probably only get a couple of cases of each. Maybe a little more with CitraHolic.

 

Just recently had some of that Mocha and it is TASTY

 

MM is super coffee forward. It won Gold at the 2014 GABF in the category of Coffee beers. I bet most people will be buying the max limit.

 

I only need 3.

 

Seriously the best beer they make.

 

You'll probably want more before the next time it's available. Happened to me last year. Though Smog city coffee porter does a really good job holding you over.

 

6 citras and 3 mochas

 

Last year I bought 3. Still have 2 bottles. I still have bottles of Tovarish (batch 2) and SoaS (Batch 2 & 3) bottles.
I'll buy more CitraHolic bottles as that more my poison. The last batch of CitraHolic (growler fill) was off the charts. Had 3 fills and the last one I opened up 3 weeks later and I thought it improved in taste. Go figure. Still got a bottle of Citra Showers to compare. Wish I had a can of OH Citra and a bottle of KRBC Citra to compare.
