    No, you are correct -- but realistically I don't want to send out a huge e-mail everytime somebody joins in -- I have all the new additions' addresses and am chasing down a bunch of other info, I will send out the update shortly. I was going to wait until the round ended because that way I could update the cool BIF history grid, but I won't wait for that (it will be another 6 weeks before the new round ends).

    Yeah I wouldn't expect a new email every member, but while we do a round pretty frequently, new members may not join but still should be included. Saving up for a half dozen updates at once is perfect.

    Another thing we can do, instead of emailing every update, is make a google spreadsheet with all the addresses, but only share the link by email and not post it publicly (and require email-invite to access/modify it).
