Do you have an old bottle of CBS or how are you going to have that beer at a tasting?

Don't know where you are in MO but Square One makes a fantastic maple stout. By the look of your list it may not interest you though (not barrel aged or high ABV)

Haven't had a lot of the super highly rated maples but I've had the MBCP and that was EXCELLENT. Delicious offering. The 14th Star wasn't bad either. Sounds like I've gotta get my hands on that Tree House...

I mentioned this in the thread @Beersnake1 linked above:
Dark Horse makes two that fit this thread. 3 Pairs of Legs is a barrel-aged porter with maple. 6 Pairs of Legs is a maple bourbon barrel-aged porter with maple.

I have a suggestion that some may consider a sacrilege, but I've done it more than once and it worked well.

There is a Vermont whiskey called "Cabin Fever." It tastes just like maple syrup. Sweet as a liqueur, but carries the 40% abv of any standard spirit.

It may take some playing around to find the right amount, but add about a shot of Cabin Fever (1 - 1.5oz) to a solid regular stout to make it a maple stout. I dare you. (Keep in mind this will raise the abv.)

I also cheated. .If you don't know, BLIS is the syrup that gets barrel aged, and then the barrels used for founders, some say CBS. So, I just added a little to the BCBCS and have something wonderful...BC3BS (Bourbon County Coffee Canadian Breakfast Stout)

@BaseballNBeer beat me to it. but Dark Horse 3 and 6 pairs of legs

3 - Bourbon barrel aged maple porter
6 - Maple Bourbon barrel aged maple porter (bourbon barrels, then make maple syrup in it, then make maple porter. also the syrup is fantastic too)

Not a well known place but Bad Brewing in Mason MI has a maple porter as well. I skipped on the $15 per bottle price tag.

CBS would be hard since the bottles were forever ago and it seems like it has dried up on tap too.

Not a stout or porter, but this is a pretty good Belgian style maple brown.

As someone who loves [real] maple syrup, I have to say putting it in beer is a complete waste of maple syrup. For a little perspective, to make 1 gallon of maple syrup producers must boil down ~40 gallons of maple tree sap; and one maple tree typically produces between 10-20 gallons of sap in a season. So after all that work to produce the wonderful uniquely sweet maple syrup, a brewer dumps it into the brew pot where those sugars are the first to ferment away into the boring and generally bad tasting ethanol (i.e. alcohol), leaving little of the original maple syrup flavor behind. If you want a high ABV beer, that's fine, but please use another source of fermentable sugars.

My favorite hands down goes to Good Morning, I haven't had all that many admittedly but this beer changed my life. MBCP is also one of my top favorites.

No, don't currently have one, but considering trying to trade for one. Here in St. Louis we have been fortunate and CBS has been on tap no less than 5 times since winter at various venues. I've had it 3 times on draft and it hasn't disappointed. I heard some rumblings that a limited amount was bottled (for employees only?) this year...can anyone confirm or deny this?
