Thanks for the info; it helps set expectations. I can't make it on Saturday, so I will just see what is left when I come by on Sunday and see any updates people post on here.

My friends and I will be up that way for a bachelor party. I'm pretty sure we're going but deciding on daytime or nighttime. Is this event pretty crowded? I am completely in the dark here but this looks like a good time

I really wish this wasn't the same day as Fury for a Feast! I've been wanting to make it back down to The Livery for a while now. Should be a great time at both parties.

Suggestion for anyone coming from out of town - get to the Arts District by 9AM (you'll have to wait a little bit for a table), eat something delicious at the Mason Jar across the street, and then walk over to The Livery when you're finished eating.

With such low bottle counts, if I don't get there until say 1 o'clock on Saturday am I likely going to get shut out of the sours?

I'm wondering the same thing. Would love to set up some trades if anyone will pick up an extra of anything. I'm going to be there about 1230

Now I'm just guessing...but I would imagine that depends on how many people show up before you and buy bottles.

Hmm, no limit on many. That is worrisome. Let's hope the jackasses from the Eclipse Masterpiece release don't show up.

Wow, what an incredible insight. If it wasn't obvious, my question was an indirect way of asking how many people they might be expecting based on years past.

Looks like if somebody wanted a "full allotment" of 1 of each beer, it would be around ~$221.

I don't see many big spenders like that showing up.

And, based on past releases......I can see the sours lasting until late afternoon.

Remember when Cherry Friek was released last December? 100 bottles lasted until 5-6pm

Maillot Rouge last April? 100 bottles lasted until 2pm or so.

Both of these releases had 2 bottle limits.

Granted, the multitude of bottles available will draw in more people....but spread those bottles across the average budget, and I can see the sours still lasting until the afternoon...and the BA stouts/strong ales lasting for weeks/months.

BA Maillot Jaune and BA Trippel Weizenbock were available throughout the entire year since the 9th Anniversary...Both had bottle counts under 500.

Looks like the early bird gets the worm of some of these re-releases and anybody showing up by the afternoon should be okay on the rest.

Ah yes, you are correct, it was 50 bottles and limit of 1 on Cherry Friek. Good catch.

Still, those 50 bottles lasted until the early evening, iirc.

If anyone can leave one bottle of Slow Peach and Cherry Friek so I can pick up on my return trip from Detroit on Sunday, that'd be greaaaaaaattttt.
