I think I got this beer confused with someone else. I thought I used to see it all the time everywhere, but after looking at a few of the Giant Eagles I was at in the past week when I was grocery shopping, I didn't see anything.

Same. I've only been here once, and that was recently, but I was a big fan of everything I tried from them that afternoon and I've heard that this is one of their best.

Wasn't la pienture nitrogenized for draft in the past? That's the only way I recall having it during a few draft runs. I'd be curious to try it on co2. I didn't love the nitrogen draft, creamy/sour just doesn't work for me.

Previous batches have ranged from Really good comparable to supplication(only 1 batch) to vinegar I wouldn't even think of cooking with( almost every other batch I've had)

And I thought that it would last until Saturday.

That's really impressive though. For some stupid reason, I always tend to think that the only Pittsburgh people who are in the know in regards to our city's craft beer scene post on BA. That's definitely not the case.

What's surprising to me is I've been to DL a handful of times and most of those times I'm either the only one there or there is 1 or 2 other people there.

The only time I was there was the weekend their Biergarten opened up, so it had a good sized crowd. I got there only a few hours after opening, and the two beers I wanted to try the most were already kicked. Definitely surprised me.

Yeah on the times I've been in there I've never seen more than maybe 7-8 people max. The Briars always go really quick when they come out too, though.

On a related note, every time I've gone to DL I went to Grist House as well and it's always so busy there that half the time I haven't even bothered to go inside.

Must have been opposite day at these places because the only time I was at Grist House (also recently), it was a nice sunny afternoon on a Saturday and there were maybe 15-20 people there tops, and most were apart of a big group sitting outside.

Four Brothers Brewing in New Brighton is supposed to be opening their taproom on September 12th. Some of their beers have recently turned up on tap at some Beaver County bars.

I'm curious how long it'll be until they get a cease and desist from Four Brothers in Wisconsin.

Usually sells out quick at the pub in Meadville. Maybe like a month . Sits around Wegmans in Erie for 2 months or so and then gone for the year. Don't know how it'll go with homestead I imagine it would sell out faster in homestead then meadville. Just more volume of people.

Think meadville ran out of 11s today where homestead did that day 1?
