    I was told by the bartender at John Browns that they will always have Susan on. He said he didn't know if this arrangement would preclude them from getting other beers from HF at the same time.

    Is it SS5 or SS7? I'm seeing both on untappd but I'm guessing 5 since HF had that one more recently.

    This notion of "permanent" tap lines, a place always having one specific beer, and favoring places with a food emphasis is very interesting. Perhaps one of the breweries that is most associated with the upper echelons of US craft (and exclusivity) decided to go "old school" along with an increase in output. Is it a deliberate attempt to shun the current craft beer bar geek culture?

    these restaurants/businesses may just have some sort of personal relationship with HF, or be paying more for the right to carry the permanent line.
