8/31 is not soon enough. I cannot survive on pumpking, sn o-fest, sam adams o-fest, etc. Please surly, release this one seasonal stupidly early like the other companies. No one will judge you.

I really hope they brew more of it this year. It seemed like most places only received like a half dozen flats, and it was gone for the year. I would drink this stuff for months if they brewed it in the same capacity like bitter brewer.

The only Surly beer I buy a flat of. And it seems I no longer have to feel bad if they will actually make a decent amount this year and feel like I am denying someone of this goodness.

Andy's north in Rochester has it for 9.95. Looks like they had about four flats of it.

This year is tasting less hoppy than I'm recalling. Asked Todd about the hops and he stated that they always use sterling.

Definitely thought they changed the hop don't member it tasting this way. Still digging it though.

Still pretty damn good, but it definitely doesn't taste how I remember it. I feel like it used to have a heavier rye and malt character. Of course, I feel like I say something similar with just about every beer these days. They also definitely brewed more this year. Every place seems to have solid amount in stock, which is good to see.
