Didn't go last year but the people who did said it's super crowded. Also, I thought someone said pours of Zwanze had to be purchased in advance via a ticket and then you turn in your ticket when they pour Zwanze. Could be wrong as that's all second hand info.

 

I second this @gillagorilla.

 

I believe last year they did do some sort of ticket for Zwanze pours. The rest of the list however is first come, first served. CK got a lot of complaints a couple of years ago when the place was packed beyond capacity and it was almost impossible to order anything. You had to have put in a pre-order to even get a pour and then wait a very long time to get the beer. Some folks that were there from opening didn't get a pour because of the way they did it and there was a lot of complaining (shocking, I know!). I'm not super excited for the zwanze so my attendance will depend upon the other Cantillon beers on the list.

There are two unknown containers. The can next to Green and the bottle next to Vielle.

@Devman171: Also, what was the Jelly in the PBnJ infusion? Was it just the Peanut Butter and the Rye Berries together? Finally, did we do a triple coconut infusion (i.e. 3x the amount of coconut)?

I went with the Giant, Bookbinder's, Kraft Real Mayo, Tangy Horseradish, and Heinz (for this round). I know that @sulli520, @Devman171 and I devoured the portion I brought to @_RL_'s. Still got some left.

 

I planned on doing this. I have PIAPT plus the rest.

 

Sharing is a definite! I'm thinking some folks may have barrel versions as well that they'd bring.

 

Nope, sorry. Unfortunately, I only have 4 and up. I had 2 and 3 at some point but consumed them. Have never had or tried PiaPT.

 

Just moved back to VA from living in Boston for a few years. If scheduling works out I would be interested in joining the next share. Should be able to bring some NE hops (Trillium, TH, etc) to share.

 

I'm free the weekend of 10th/11th in October. I could host in Severna Park.
