Can't see new partner's trade stats

Forgive me if this is a silly question. I have searched all over the forums and under FAQs trying to find out why I can't see this person I'm trying to trade with's trade stats, it's just not listed, and he doesn't know why either. When we first started talking he was not verified, but he took care of that right away, but still, I can't see his trade stats/history even though he has completed up to 10 trades on here. I've verified with one of his partners.

What could be the cause of this?

As I mentioned, I got him to verify during our talks. But I still can't see any trade details. Even if he had 0 trades complete, it would still show the 0 right?

 

This is what his stats look like to me. There is no "Beer Trading Stats" section. Maybe he hasn't traded since the new feedback system?

 

So I found out if I go into the trading section and lookup his name, I can then see his trade stats and history. Oddly though, it still does not show under his direct profile.
