Ducks this month possibly?

 

I think it's preceded or followed the ten-er #2 a couple of times.........

 

Starting off another tap list, canned goods, drop date, exciting news, general bitching & moaning, and miscellaneous convo thread about NEBCO for the new month.

Today's (9/2) tap list is same as last week:

I'm going to be driving through New Haven tomorrow and was wondering if someone could give me a little more info on what those two Fat Ten-er beers are. Worth stopping in for some growlers?

I'd say go for it. They may even have something new for tomorrow. Fat Ten-er #2 will not disappoint, though.

 

They seem to be making a quarterly release of it. I had it in March and then again in June. I would expect later this month or early October. I think next up will be Coriolis.

 

So i guess matt did a interview on 92.5 around the last time they had FBD. I didn't hear it, but my buddy did. I guess matt was asked when the next time FBD would be available and he said september. Not positive on this at all tho.

 

I expect FBD again soon. Last tapping was a couple days before July 4; since then we have seen #2 (which was also tapped right before the last FBD run), #8, Coriolis, Supernaut and Locust Reign. It's reasonable to guess FBD must be rolling out again soon. Combine that with the interview your friend heard and I'd say people who love the beer better get their lawn chairs and growlers packed in their cars and have a good excuse to leave work early.

 

Remember it was tapped a couple days before July 4th, but it was brewed and kegged earlier in the month because they were closed, and they sent a bunch out to bars. So definitely should be up soon.

 

Hoping for a 2:55 update thats ducks is on in the next few weeks. I talked to matt about the last release (announced days prior) and he said we learned from our mistakes and will probably not do that again.

 

Fat Ten-ers are back out today. Didn't mention the Sea Hag that was on yesterday. Nothing new, either.

 

Got growlers of #2, definitely a great beer. No line or wait either yesterday

 

They just IG'd that a food truck will be there today...

 

Maybe some new beers tapped, too? That would be cool
