There's lots of them available in 4pks, but the only 6pks I can think of are the AB products like Hoegaarden and Leffe.

Well, can you prove that it's not a fake?

Chris (@Domingo) is a stand up guy and I have 100% complete confidence in him.

    Is that sufficient proof!?!:astonished:

    Cheers!

Well, he looks all right, but no, that is not sufficient proof.

I have a picture of myself holding one of those boxes last week I can post if I have to :stuck_out_tongue:
...or you can just Google "Westvleteren 6-pack" and you'll see that same box several other times including variants for the 8 and blonde, too.

Hmm, I am guessing that I will need to get testimony from a Trappist monk to satisfy you.

I will see what I can do.

    Cheers!

Chris, do you have a Trappist Monk in one of those photographs!?!

    Cheers!

Unfortunately I don't. I guess my proof is no good
I do have a picture of the In De Vrede line to buy them, though. When I walked in there was a sign (posted in English no less) that there would be no beer for sale that day. At 1PM that sign came down and a hell of a line formed out of thin air.
They had a full pallet of each variety and the 12's were gone inside 15 minutes with 2-pack limits per person.

This is a sword that cuts both ways. What proof do you have that there isn't a six pack?

Next question. What evidence would you accept that there is a 6 pack?

Well...Er...Help! No, I suppose I could accuse you of holding up a homemade cardboard box in some sort of fashionable hostelry (still not sufficient proof, son)...But no, I'm too sober to continue this charade...But would like to try the beer one day. Interesting that the sign was in English, by the way. This would be for Americans (not British).

In my current mood I would probably accept no evidence...

Then Lord Crabapple should probably recuse himself from hearing/seeing further evidence to save those who've seen/had/owned/purchased/sold others a sixpack from wasting their time and energy.

Hmmm, he seems to have just had pomme frites with mayonnaise in an establishment that is prepared to serve its many guests a Trappist Westvleteren beer (on tap). The evidence mounts. BTW with English having become the "Lingua Franca" for many world travelers it seems quite reasonable that the sign is for an international audience well beyond the Americans and the British.

Good to have ended the charade. :sunglasses:

Especially when visiting the location where it was taken... :sunglasses:
