pliny the elder availability in santa cruz

    Hi folks, Im going to be traveling to the area and wanted to know if Russian River distributes Pliny, or blind pig to Santa Cruz, and also on what type of a schedule. also any help with locations would be greatly appreciated. thanks! Cheers!

    They don't distribute to Santa Cruz—I'm not sure why, because they certainly used to. You can find the odd Pliny bottle in Santa Clara, however—just check the Instagrams of some of the liquor stores based in that area. They'll post when they have it. That said, if you're in SC, you'd be making a mistake not going to SARA.

    They've never distributed in SC as far as I know. Some retailers have grey-marketed some product into the county from time to time but no official channels.

    But I also have to echo everyone and say go to Sante Adairius, as well as Discretion Brewing and New Bohemia. That's more than enough good beer for a Santa Cruz trip. If you want Pliny go up to the Bay Area.

    peoples, peoples, peoples, trust in this the reason for the journey! I am going to visit SARA :slight_smile: but I was hoping to scoop up some bottles because they are not available in portland where I am at these days.

    @Whalerinportland15 Maplewood Liquor, Cask n Flask, Santa Clara Liquors will all get Pliny when the South Bay gets shipments, which is not very often at all. Seems to be about once a month.
