Hint #5 - My targets state is touched by a major body of water
Hint #6 - Target has beer in their avatar (bottle, glass, can, etc.).
Hint #7 - Targets state is touched by a 2nd major body of water. The 2 bodies of water are different types (lake, river, ocean, etc.).
*Hint #8 - Sending to a state that starts with a vowel

I'm shipping to a state that was once known for a ragin' soiree with a particular type of beverage.

 

Hint #1 - I'm shipping to a state that has multiple people participating in this BIF.
Hint #2 - My target has under 100 beers on their want list.
Hint #3 - My target currently has fewer completed trades than I do on BA.
Hint #4 - My target is a newer member on BA than myself.
Hint #5 - My target has made changes to his want list since this BIF started.

Looking like I will hit 5 or 6 wants. Hoping to locate 1 or 2 more before shipping.
