Anyone have a list of the brewery only goose island releases and the wax colors associated with them? Wish there were some sort of labels on these.

    I have:
    Cthulhu - Gold Wax
    Grimm Vicar - Dark Purple
    Yellow Umbrella - Yellow

    Flanders Red - Dark Red
Brettanomite - Orangey Yellow. The biggest difference between Yellow Umbrella and Brettanomite is that Brett has the 25th anniversary logo on one side and Umbrella does not

Cthulhu has the same 25th anny logo. Any others with that logo?

Is there a release schedule or do the new beers just become available when they are ready?

When they are ready. Usually announced on their twitter the day or two days before. Usually about 400 bottles. Usually sells out same day. 28$ for the last two.

Big Train in the next release. Imperial Rye Porter. Due out this fall.

Is it the "Goose Island Beer Co" twitter account that you need to follow? or a twitter account for Clyborne?

Man... It still bums me out that Clybourn chooses to bottle the barrel-aged beers instead of making them available for draft like they did as little as two years ago. So instead of these beers being on the draft list for weeks at a time, it's all gobbled up by a handful of dudes who can cut out of work or can get to Lincoln Park on their lunch hour, who then post haul pics on CCBE (SEW MOOCH DUBBEL DATE! WAELZZZZZ!!1) followed shortly reach-for-the-stars trade offers here and elsewhere.

It's the Halls' business and they can do what they like, but the people queuing up for Nutulhu on a Tuesday afternoon aren't the ones supporting their business between bottle releases and Stout Fest.
