The IPA, ESB & X were only $5.99. Speedway Stout, Horny Devil and other campaign like bottles were $11.99.

@brandoman63 - The date on my Speedway Stout was just a blur of yellow ink unfortunately but I'm not concerned since its a stout. I'll have to check the IPA when I get home. I honestly don't remember.

I might actually buy some if they are only a few weeks old. The IPA is one of my favorites.

Will be interested to see regular Speedway available here now. Love that one for only 12 bucks for a bomber (in Wisconsin). Here it will be 18.99 + 246% sales tax!! :stuck_out_tongue::astonished::wink:

Regular Speedway as limit 1 behind the counter at Binny's... do people really think it's that rare?

Maybe the initial shipment I get it, but I expect it to be a selfie before long.

It's finally here in the Tinley/Orland area! Price point is reasonable enough @ 11.99 for Speedway Stout. Happy to finally try this!

I feel like all the Alesmith beers are good, but I don't want to buy a 750 to drink...

Interesting, I was at two different suburbian Binny's on Thurs and Fri and they had loads of 750s of Speedway out on the floor...no limit.

Yeah, must have just been the closest one to me. I still thought it was a little funny.

Did I really type "suburbian" earlier? Man, I'm such an idiot...

I had Alesmith IPA for the first time last night. Just an incredible beverage. It reminds me of drinking IPA's for the first time ~2005. Really a welcome respite from all the tropical fruit bombs lately.

Just picked up an IPA and an ESB. Confirming same pricing and dates as reported above -- $5.99 dated 8/24. Didn't buy any 750's but they were $11.99. If I'll be able to get Alesmith brews on a regular basis at those prices I'm going to be very happy!

I've seen Horny Devil in the western burbs and, if I could remember where I'd tell you. Sorry. But it's definitely around (pretty sure Beer Cellar had it)

I picked up the IPA last week and it's a very respectable IPA imo. However, being exposed to a great variety of beer in our area (yes, we're very fortunate) I do not think it's good enough to me to be worthy of repeat purchases at the equivalent of a $19 six pack or $17 four pack of tall boys. Too many other good IPA options available at much better price points. Wish 'em luck though on the crowded shelves of Chicagoland.

Yes, Beer Cellar in Glen Ellyn got Horny Devil with the rest of the AleSmith bombers last week. I was just there and I believe they still had some Horny Devil on the shelf.

If they were selling BA Speedway or BA Old Numbskull, they must have came from an online sale and was not part of distribution. Those are online only and must pick up at the brewery. Is it even legal to sell those!? They cost about $32 during the online sale.
