    Yeah...had a bottle last night that didn't have the level of fruitiness as other batches. I've noticed a fair amount of variation in bottles.

    Anyone know if they're bottle conditioning? Given the style, I would hope not.

    WF Katy got a keg a couple weeks ago that tasted off. Nose was alright but the taste was maltier than usual.

    My Yellow Rose next to my wife's BL. Not sure if it was the bottom of the keg or what, but it tastes fine.

    Edit: iv had YR on tap before that looked as clear as the BL in this pic above

    LOL, has to be the bottom of the keg, or they just got it off the truck on a particularly rough ride and didn't let it settle (my guess anyway, not that I would know). I have had numerous Yellow Rose and Live Oak Hefe's like that around town. I think it has to do with more keg dregs than anything else. At least we know they are keg conditioned :slight_smile:

    Way too hard to find this one in the DFW area. When you do its pricey. Didn't used to be that way.
