I've always thought shitty fast food restaurants should serve beer. Probably shitty beer, but still . . .

Regardless of how much better those Midwest taquerias are, the fact remains that Taco Bell is way cheaper. I can't remember the last time I paid less than $7 for a burrito and they're like $2 at TB. I believe that's what really keeps people going to a lot of fast food places. The same could be said for a lot of people and their choice of beer.

The SF-alcohol-fueled Taco Bell is set to open soon. I will definitely check it out...probably after one too many beers at Cellarmaker. The choice of neighborhood for it didn't make much sense to me because it will almost assuredly be overrun by homeless people. We shall see...

When I drink beer with Taco Bell, the beer is usually worth more than the food. I also regret Taco Bell in the morning and not the beerr

I think you're being screwed by NJ's weaksauce liquor laws. They sell alcohol in every Ohio and California Chipotle. Can't remember if the PA ones had beer, but probably not.

Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure... I worked there for 2 years as a teen and I still love the stuff. That said, I am not going to crack open a bottle of BCBS to pair with it.

It's more of a macrobrew food hahah

I love the Canadian fry supremes... mmmmm

I don't agree with the taco bell ~ macrobrew analogy. I'm not too snobby to enjoy an MGD once in a while. I am however way too snobby to eat at taco bell.

Nuthin compares to some greazy cheap Mexican tacos (NOT Taco Bell or Chipotle), slathered with my own Red Scorpion (1.2 million Scoville units), washed down with a Hi-Res, Hoptimum, or Seeking Alpha. Instant Heaven.

This might actually get me out of my truck, as TB normally is drive thru only for me.

The entire Bud "______-a-rita" lineup would be most appropriate.

for now it's only in a downtown chicago store..that's going to be one of the challenges for other locations though as I read 70% of their business is drive through.

I've heard of people passing out in the drive through. Now passing out in the store is possible.
