Logsdon's Seizoen Bretta is phenomenal, but somewhat funky.

If you don't like the funk, something like Boulevard's Tank 7 would probably be good for you and it's widely available. If you're just getting into the style don't worry about seeking out the harder to get beers like Hill Farmstead.

Also, Saison DuPont is a classic.

Sierra Nevada Ovila Abbey Saison with Mandarin Oranges & Peppercorn is excellent.
Ommegang Hennepin for a regularly available saison, one of the beers that got me hooked on craft.

Tired Hands makes some great ones notably their Emptiness and Single Hop series. my favorite though is from Canada, Dominus Vobiscum Saison. Sofie is a solid standby.

That's if you want a brett saison. If not, Tank 7 is a hot boob

I love Boulevard, but Tank 7 is way over-hopped for a Saison. I have to go with Ommegang Hennepin.

Odd that Ommegang doesn't have a saison in its 4-pack lineup

It is, and I like that about it, as an exception to what is a wide range style - but agree that Hennepin is legit.

Saison Dupont - the hands down classic and standard for the style. A close second? Dupont's Avec Les Bons Voeux.

For American interpretations: Funkwerks Saison; Boulevard's Saison-Brett; Off-Color's Apex Predator; and Brooklyn's Sorachi Ace.

Saison Brett is absolutely the best, no questions asked. I also love Tank 7, Sophie and Hennepin.
