Ooh, ooh, ooh... Not me! I'm taking my wife to the Cellar Release Brunch at Block 15. Will check on my keg of Saison on Lacto plantarum, does that count.

Sneaking in a double decocted weizen (60% wheat, 25% pilsner, 15% munich) with 75/25 pitch of 3068/3638 in between biacore/SPR runs tomorrow. Also adding Zante Currants and some dates to a dark spiced sour aging in Rum Barrel.

Currently have seven batches fermenting/dry hopping/dry beaning in preparation for 10 course beer dinner in mid-October. Kind of burnt out.

This weekend I have to bottle my Oktoberfest that was brewed 6 or 7 weeks ago... So I should be able to actually drink it sometime mid-October.

I am also brewing an imperial stout as well... Be my first brew milling all my own grain (not a big deal, but I got my monster mill mm3 now and I am excited to use it to refine my efficiency). I plan to primary for two weeks and then transfer to secondary to age for a month and a half or so. Hoping to get this one ready to drink by mid-December.

My next brew will be the APA IPA, but I probably won't get around to that until next week. I have to check on the progress of my 80 shilling, it seemed to ferment very, very slowly (but it was in a bucket, so who knows). And the dubbel I brewed on Tuesday is currently chugging along nicely, I'm glad I went with a blowoff tube this time. Dat 3787.

I bumped my brew date, from last Sunday, to this upcoming Sunday. I'm brewing a Golden Strong. Going to be on the big side for even a Golden Strong, at 10%+. Lots of spice, candi ginger, coriander, bitter orange peel and grains of paradise. Going to be outstanding . . . just hate waiting the year or so as a guess.

I bottled my oatmalt stout today, 12 days after brewing it. It's very smooth

I also bottled a few litres primed with coffee and orange and lime infused priming solution, should make a nice little drink

No brewing, thought about a gravity check on the impy in primary, but decided to wait one more week. Two weeks in and the bastard is still letting out big belches of CO2 on the regular. Probably going to start in on the hop schedule for the NEIPA v2.0 aka "LA vs London".

Got my new chiller today so I'm hoping to brew up either a Zythos or Green Magic single hop IPA. Will also be adding the first dry hop to a Heady clone and possibly putting the Imperial Chocolate Pumpkin Stout into secondary and onto almost a pound of cacao nibs and some vanilla beans/tincture.

I'm heading down to Atlanta on Saturday for a good friends birthday/oktoberfest party. He will have a homebrewed Ginger Rye Ale, Marzen and Saison on tap to celebrate...it's always great beer and great fun!

Bought the wife a new oven and moved our old gas oven out to the garage. Going to brew a Weizen 5 gal batch with Munich dry yeast just to see how it's going to work. Will be harvesting some homegrown Santiam hops for the occasion.

Not brewing, but I bottled what I am referring to as a very brown ale. The gravity sample tasted pretty good. I always hate the waiting game before I can try the finished beer.

No brewing, but will be checking in on all three I have in various stages. I'll be dry hopping my HBC 438 Smash, taking a taste and gravity reading of my Irish imperial stout thats aging on oak soaked in Jameson, and transferring a gose to secondary along with a watermelon. Pretty excited for all three of these.
