    Ate at the local pizza place right at "bluehair" hour:
    1. A firkin of New Belgium Rampant with some added hops...
    2. Southern Tier Pumking... it reawakened the love/hate relationship I have with this beer. Your first sip is butter/nutmeg goodness, occasionally the next sip is Noxzema... rinse, lather, repeat

    Setting up the double post here. Been a long and somewhat physically painful week thus far. Fucked up my lower back ripping old fence posts out of the ground to make way for my new vinyl fence. Wife's had to tie my shoes the past few days. Needed a little liquid shower refreshment...

    I've had them both. The first thing I thought of was Backseat Berner, but I assure you, this one stomps on it. Maybe the lighting was bad. We can call it a wash for argument's sake. Larrrrrrrrrrrrrrrge.

    @WesMantooth is a true gentleman: he returned my Beer'd growlette to me, just in case I needed it. And, as an added precaution against shipping damage, he packed it full of Columbus Bodhi.

    Man, I haven't had a nose like that on a beer in a while. Super juicy. On the palate, it reminds me in some ways of Sip of Sunshine (albeit cleaner, drier, and more bitter). Or, perhaps, a Pliny for the modern world? Whatever; I just know that it's really good.

    I tried to share this with a friend (the same friend I invited over to share BA Speedway Stout last night), but I've gotten no response. He's got maybe an hour before I'm into my second glass and getting close to killing the growlette all on my own.

    I actually just had the sixer of BB bottled 8/16 and there were zero floaties....although not sure if it was psychological or what but the flavor profile seemed to have changed
