Toppling Goliath in Madison or Milwaukee?

Three Cellars in Franklin just got some Pompeii, Discount Liquor in Milwaukee and Waukesha probably have some. I am sure there are others nearer to Madison.

Second the discount liquor comment. Just picked up a bottle of Pompeii today. They had pseudosue and lightspeed as well.

 

Waukesha discount liquor that is.

 

Ray's in Wauwatosa and the Malt Shoppe in Brookfield both got it in as well, not sure how much is left. You probably aren't going to be near there but B&B Beverage in Wind Lake also has it.

Edit: Can't help with Madison except to say Alpine, Riley's, Star Liquor, Trixie's all Steve's, all see regular TG distro.

 

Badger Spirits in both Janesville and Beloit (45-60 min south of Madison off of 90) posted yesterday that they had Pompeii. I"m not sure if they still have any left though.

Go to the TG website and you can select their bottle finder. It gives a map showing all locations that sell their beer.
Will be getting some Pompeii on my trip into Wisconsin this weekend. I only have one bottle left from early June. It was fantastic!

 

Madison hasn't had anything new for a little while FYI. Should be some 1492, golden nugget, rover truck and Dorothy's around though.

 

Milwaukee just got a ton of Pompeii the last few days. Rays and Discount are your best bet, though they started selling 4-packs of pseudo/GN/Rover at Sendik's too. Not sure if they'll have bombers though.

In Madison I recommend Alpine Liquor in Cottage Grove. Far enough from the city that the good stuff sticks around just a bit longer.

 

Last Sue I had was about a month old. Still tasted great, and much better than month old ZD to my palate.

 

Still enjoying G'Nug from June. Holds up very well.

 

Has TG taken a break from shipping bombers from Decorah to Madison? It seems like Sosus was the last thing I have seen which was May. In the past every 2 weeks or so there were bombers.

 

I think adding Minnesota has limited how much Wisconsin is getting.

 

There hasn't been a TG drop in Madison of anything in over a month.

 

Madison got DDH citra Sue right before memorial weekend.. That's the most recent thing I remember having seen.. Lake Delton got Galaxy Sue and MoNug about 3 weeks ago.. But I believe they are on a different delivery pattern.. Not sure if MKE saw either of those

 

MKE got NugMo/MoNug. I sure would love to see some Sue bombers around here. The smaller formats just aren't the same.

 

Well that is not what I want to hear. I was looking forward to Galaxy.
