had this recenty and would love to get one of my own.

Whats it take to pull one of these?

    Considered offering thicket+fantasia+backyard rye...

Would that be enough? Or over?

    Any input is appreciated thanks.

I've been offered more for my BAA than almost any beers aside from BBDL, VSB, MD, SHBRL or Rare. (Most of those we drank & I no longer have.)

The offers have generally been 3:1 or 5:1 solid, well regarded beers. For example, Prop, VR, CR our CFH, ADWTD, Madagascar, ++.

None of the offers have been tempting for several reasons.
    1) The beers offered, good though they are, can be obtained much more easily than BAA
    2) I've had the beers offered more often than BAA
    3) I like BAA more than most of the beers offered
    4) Several in my tasting group haven't had it & unless I get an absolutely irresistible offer I want to help them try it.

As good as BAA 2014 is, I liked 2013 even more. We had it last spring or winter & it was still utterly delicious. Being an adjunct stout, & given its age, storage conditions are obviously important. If you're reasonably confident it was properly cellared you can't do better than 2013 BAA imo.

If you can wait a little while, it should be getting released soonish. I don't know an exact date but its on the horizon. Even with it coming out again, its not going to be easy to obtain but at least there will be more potential trade partners to see your ISO:FT post.

I just closed down a trade for one. I had been ISO for a couple of months and had to up the offer considerably from where it started. The trade is:

Vanilla Rye + Nooner10 + Morning Wood + Mocha Wednesday + Grey Monday FOR BA Abraxas
    5:1

I traded my last about a year ago for VR, FfaC, and a couple of other bottles that were solid but not really rare. I was happy with it at the time, and still am for the most part, but I was able to get 3 other VR's, so I kind of wish I still had the BAA.

I believe I gave up LPK + LPF + a HF magnum. Definitely not an easy bottle to pull.

    Well worth it too

DBH 1:1. Having had both batches a few times each in bottles and on tap, they're both fading a bit. I'd recommend waiting until the new batch. I'm hoping it's as good as 13. One of the brewers also told me that they're playing around with a couple other variants as well. No clue if those will be bottled.

I gave up Prop+VR+BYR+Bootsy. It was phenomenal, but don't think I'd give that much up for it again...
