Yep, I picked up 4 and have been searching all over for more regretting not buying the whole damn case when I could. There isn't any more whatsoever that I've been able to find in East Lansing/Lansing, and I've hit up everywhere.

 

Owosso area stores are stocked and have been for weeks

 

Who in Owosso? Freddie's and McNeil St. sold out first day. Only leaves the one north of Curwood.

 

Know it's not in the area your all in but I went into a small store in Allegan with odd hours yesterday and they still had 2 on the shelf. So maybe try looking at those odd stores

 

Probably a long shot but I had it on draft and would love to grab a bottle. I'm driving back to Cleveland from GR on Monday, does anyone know of any shops along 94 or 96 that still have some?

 

dont know if they still have any but Perrin released some yesterday at the brewery may be your best bet

 

Stopped at a shell off main street in Owosso for bottled water and ibuprofen and found 6 no rules with my name all over them. Girl said they had more in back.

 

Echoing something that was raised earlier in this thread, but that is some crazy poor distribution/allocation management. It makes me wonder how they (or their distributor) decided to allocate.

It's pretty wild to see it rotting on shelves in a small-town Shell* while beer-centric bottle shops in larger population areas got a case if they were lucky.

*Note: I'm happy for people who accessed No Rules in such locations--especially if they wouldn't have had access to it otherwise. I was fortunate to get some No Rules, so I'm not put out in the slightest. Just fascinated.

 

is perrin a rave distributed beer? I know sometimes its done by sales of other products how BCS sits on shelves in Georgia and Florida, those stores get a bunch of it because of all the "swill" they sell and lack of interest from most of the locals.

The shell may have only got a case, the lady who sold it was happy to see it finally get moved maybe there is just no demand for it in some areas where in metro Detroit 5 cases can be gone in hours.

You're right, but in most cases the issue wasn't that 5 cases flew off the shelves - many stores only got 1 case. That's like Vanilla Rye-level scarcity.

 

They are out! I just called cuz I was about to go on a 1.5 hour road trip if they had some left! lol

 

There are 2 Shell stations in Owosso..........
