Haven't seen any for a while. But I could swear Grapevine posted a pick a week or 2 ago with some hard to find beers and LotLB was in that pic. But I can't find the pic now. So either they removed it, or I was dreaming.
Either way, keep your eyes on Grapevine as GABF comes nearer, they're probably your best bet.

It was part of a $350 bundle of stouts they were selling.

Ahh, I missed that it was a bundle. I thought they were just breaking out some goodies as they do regularly.

Living the Dream posted yesterday that they are releasing BA Helluva Caucasian. Absolutely love that base beer so can't wait to try it.

I had a 2014 that I had sat on for about a year and drank it two weeks ago. It was tasting great and a surprise hit for everyone that had it.

Being released on Sept 21st. Sounds like tap room only.

On another note, Avery is releasing Rumpkin Sept 13th. While not a BA Stout, it should mean that Tweak will be hitting fairly soon.

Dang it! I am out of town that week. Don't drink it all on me...

While still good, I think the first batch of Tweak tastes older than it is.

Nuts. I actually just pulled one out of my stash the other day and put it in the fridge. Is the coffee still holding up?

Yes, although it's definitely dialed-down. It isn't bad or old tasting, but if someone gave me one blind I'd guess it was 18 months old instead of less than a year. I think that's the nature of many if not most BA beers. I think it's one reason I wish they'd bottle the non-BA version.

Kind of glossed over this week, but strange and epic released a blend of big bad Baptist and cherry kriek aged in whiskey barrels.

Copper kettle is doing a ris in macallan 18 yr barrels on Friday.

They had this on tap last year at a few places, fantastic. I hope it translates to bottle.

I'm intrigued the by Copper Kettle offering. I like their stouts, but Scotch-barrel-aged can be hit or miss...also maybe it will fly under the GABF radar?

^^^ 100% agreed. Had it last year and loved it, glad to see it's back on and would love to see it bottled.

I got a couple @ Davidsons yesterday. I have seen other spots advertise it.
I think it's a little pricey @ $15.49. Especially considering BBB is $13 a bomber, Cherry Kriek is $14 a bomber. I'd think they'd average out the 2. But guess not.
I found it to be slightly heavier on the cherry than the BBB influence, which is what we remember it being on tap.
From my understanding Epic did their own version last year and called it Epically Strange, but I never did manage to have any.

How easy is it to get the Dry Dock Signature Series beers? Do they sit around for a bit at bottle shops? Just asking cause I'm visiting Denver next week and want to know if I should bother looking for them.

They're all pretty easy to find. I've found the double vanilla porter moves a little quicker than the others, but they're all relatively easy to find.

Anyone know when Tweak bottles land?

I think Tweak is scheduled to be released around Thanksgiving.

AC Golden's Hidden Barrel Crayt is really good. Not sure if they bottle it though. Was impressed with it at WTF.
