I'm a miller lite guy for game days. What I do miss though is the old Michelob, in the old bottle. And not this Mich Ultra crap(unless it's after a race, that's usually all they have).
~as a side note, i remember about 4-5 years ago talking to one of the long time bartenders at one of Chicago's best craft beer bar in the burbs, and I recall saying something like "It must be great working here, getting to try all of these incredible beers?" Her reply, "Honestly..after awhile, sometimes they all start to taste the same"..:/

Fine, fine, then I change my answer to Miller High Life.

It's a toss up between Duvel and Pilsner Urquell. Just went through a bunch of Hofbrau dunkels that were great.

No AALs for me, I like my lagers to be lagered.

Original Coors and Rolling Rock....although I don't drink RR much after it was bought out by AB and moved from Latrobe.

The faint sweetness of green apple skins, the barley malts, and perfect hop balance matched with supreme drink ability make this one my pet.

Shiner Bock? Duvel? These are NOT macros. If someone has to tell you what a macro is, you need some schoolin'.

Need to retry. Honestly been 25+ yrs since I've had the "champagne" of beers but remember it to have a good bite. Might look for an 8 pack of nips,

The way the OP phrased his post and the fact that he mentioned Yuengling lead me to interpret "macro" as "crap".

Duuude. I used to have one of those ancient crock pots. Looked exactly like that one. Mine finally crapped out last year. Those things are war horses.

Ha! You could have been nice and said "AAL".

If we're strictly talking about those, btw, then it's Yuengling's Lord Chesterfield Ale for me (more of a hop bite, which separates the good from the bad in that category, imo.)

The OP asked for your favorite MACRO, not an AAL or a crappy independent/craft beer.

I'm sorry I thought macro meant "macro" not adjunct lager. Thanks for "schoolin'" me

    Duvel-Moorgat: Annual output = 600,000 hL
What do you consider a macro?

The OP said macro and listed Yuengling as an example so the second half of that sentence is invalid.

If all I had in my fridge were the owned-by-ABInBev tokens of the three great brewing countries: Boddingtons, Leffe, and Spaten... I'd be worse off, but I'd still be alright.
