    Thursday is the afternoon when my significant other teaches her yoga class so in turn my night for making a surprise dinner. Tonight we had pan seared scallops with a ceasar salad.

    And after my kitchen duties I dug into the cellar and found this Barleywine from East Enders in Pittsburg that I picked up while visiting my daughter in July. Pretty damn smooth!
