Definitely Stone brewery. Between all their anniversary and collaborations there would be plenty of variety and I never get tired of Arrogant Bastard, Old Guardian or IRS.

Heller-Trum. Schlenkerla Helles, Maerzen, Urbock, Eiche Doppelbock, Weizen, and the unfiltered Krauesen and Fastenbier. Plus apparently 12 new recipes the head brewer is planning on introducing over the course of the coming years...many from the wooden keg.

    Surprised Ive not seen:

    -Upright
    -Midnight Sun
    -Lost Abbey
    -HOTD (Mentioned but not chosen)
    -Kern River
    -Cigar City
    -Kuhnhenn

Interesting to see that people have picked solid breweries that aren't extremely difficult to obtain their beers (for the most part) instead of opting for the mega whale producing breweries.

I almost want to say HOTD or LA just so I could play beer pong with Dave, Yellow Bus, or the Veritas blends. Against myself of course, just because I can...

    Cheers!

Man that is tough! I like a lot of different styles. It would be hard to pick between Stone,Sierra Nevada, or Sam Adam's but with the variety and options I would go Sam Adam's

I live in the beer oppressed state of Texas, so I'm gonna go with Great Divide. Awesome IPAs and Stouts.

    DC Brau.
The Public for my pale ale
On the Wings of Armageddon for my IPA
Oaked Hell's Bottom for my barrel aged stout
The Citizen for my Belgian pale.

Everything I need to survive under one roof.

Probably Sierra Nevada. I think they have the best mix of affordability, quality, and a broad portfolio. SNPA, Torpedo, and Porter could keep me occupied most of the year, while I would drink Kellerweis, Summerfest, and the underrated Glissade all summer, and Bigfoot and Tumbler all fall and winter. Then I would still have Hoptimum, the Hemisphere IPAs and every Beer Camp release ever. I think I could live with that.

I would go with New Holland Brewing Company, their Mad Hatter IPA and Cabin fever Brown Ale are a couple of my faves.

Given that 3 Fonteinen has stuff like Beersel Lager and Zwet.be for some variety, as well as the greatest Lambics on earth, they would be an easy decision for me - especially if in this mystical scenario we have the opportunity to pay only as much as locals do.

If I could get 3F Oude Geuze of any vintage I wanted for around $5 a 375, I don't think I'd bother drinking anything else. Ever.

i honestly cannot pick just one which speaks to the depth of quality available right now. among those on the list i would have to consider would be:

    alesmith
    port/lost abbey
firestone walker (an american wild/sour program is pending)
    bells
    founders
    russian river
    pizza port carlsbad
    hair of the dog
    three floyds

My first instinct is Founders or FFF.

But upon further inspection I might have to go with Cigar City. Seems most of what they do is top notch and they keep it fresh and are good at a lot of styles. Can they do a good sour on their own?

That brings up a good point. Do we get collaborations too?

Had it a FW dinner pairing in DC (Churchkey/Birch&Barley). David Walker says that it won't come anywhere close to their normal facility for fears of infecting their other beers. It was pretty damn good for their first sour. Would gladly drink some more!

I'd say Surly Brewing. I have yet to find a better DIPA than Abrasive Ale; I could drink this all year long. I love Coffee Bender, Darkness, Furious, and Smoke too. Surly for the win!
