Binnys in st charles had several sixers left, no limit. Woodmans in Elgin had them limit 1 six today.

Also Chuck, that IPA was awesome, reminded me of Jai Alai from Cigar City. Have yet to try the Brown.

 

When is this gonna hit Northern Virginia?

This is a truly fantastic stout for the price. Hope I can find another sixer.

I work near a rather ritzy and large Binny's in the NW suburbs of IL and they only got 1 damn case to sell. Big anniversary, small quantities of beer distributed. I'd get it whenever you can. Lots of places are selling only single bottles too.

 

So...does it truly pour " As black as Charlie Murphy " according to one reviewer?

 

That was my review. Yes, it's pretty damn dark...

 

Damn I miss Chappelles show now

 

I'm pretty sure that just about every store outside of Michigan each got 1 case. The stores that I've found in Wisconsin each only got one case as well. I was lucky enough to score three sixers though. I'm hoping to find more though as its got to be one of the best non BA and non flavored imperial stout I've ever had.

 

Charlie Murphy is in Black Jesus, on [adult swim]. It's a messed up show though! And Charlie looks sick. Not sure why.

 

Ah! Don't watch much t.v. anymore. But yeah Dave Chappelle referenced him quite a bit back on comedy central

 

He was one of the writers.
