Cool-kid/cliche' answer or not... there's no reason for me to not say Hill Farmstead - they're the only brewery from which I've loved everything I've tasted so far.

I'm surprised that I'm the first person to definitively say Hill Farmstead. I don't care that people may be shying away from saying them because they are the new "it" brewery. Their beers are that good. If I had the choice of keeping my selection like it is today or only being able to drink Hill Farmstead beers for the rest of my life (even just as they are available, not every beer they've ever made), I'd still choose the latter. They make world class hoppy beer, world class dark beer, world class sour beer, and world class Saisons. Their lowest rated beer in their current lineup is a 3.89. That would be the average of other world class breweries.

    EDIT: beaten by 2 minutes.

It may have something to do with the amount of people that have actually had enough from them to select them as their one and only brewery.

Fair enough, but I think you'd be surprised by how many people have had quite a few selections from them. I know I've only been there once, and I've had around 20 of their beers.

While my gut says Weihenstephaner, they "only" brew German style beers. They're my faves, but something tells me that would get old after a while.

I think I'd probably go with Great Divide. They make a lot of different beers and do a great job with pretty much all of 'em.

Port/Lost Abbey. Hell it would probably simplify my life if I just made that switch right now!

Dogfish Head or Troegs would probably be my answer, to be quite honest. My brain hurts though trying to sift through all the breweries I love. Back to work...

Put me down for Hill Farmstead. I love IPAs, and they obviously rock that territory, but their stouts and porters are also fantastic. And the saisons ... well, I didn't even like saisons until I had Norma and Phenomenology of Spirit.

I'd go with founders, I'll be mad about not having any sours, but when you can have all of founders brews why not

    Sierra Nevada.

If I've got to drink one brewery for the rest of my life... I want one that's cheap, consistent, and world-class.

And honestly... I will never tire of a fresh case of SNPA or Torpedo. Ever.

Taking price and variety into account, I might just have to go with Samuel Adams. There are other breweries that make beers that I prefer over anything in the Samuel Adams lineup, but I usually truly love only 1-2 beers from those breweries. The monotony would get to me. If I went with Samuel Adams, I think I could be pretty happy drinking Boston Lager, Boston Ale, Octoberbest, Old Fezziwig, their cream stout, their pumpkin ale, and Latitude 48 on the rarer occasions I crave an IPA. And it'd save a lot of money because I often pay as much for a six-pack of beers from smaller breweries than I do for a 12-pack of a Samuel Adams offering.
