Open on Sundays! Can't wait to visit.

 

We are really excited to be ready to open, I hope those that make it here will enjoy the new space. We have prepared a couple new beers and have been saving some barrel aged beers for our opening. Tomorrow we will have all 24 of our draft lines pouring. I have indicated beers available for growlers with a *.

Our new hours starting tomorrow are Tue/Wed/Thu+Sun: 11:30am-9pm and Fri/Sat: 11:30am-11pm

 

Our current policy is that we only offer the 32oz growlers for beers that are not available in bottles.

It may take a brief hiatus until we get our feet under us, but we want to keep them going. Also taking a hiatus are brewery tours, as the brewery space is still under active construction.

 

Hoponious cans before end of year?

 

That is certainly the goal. Not quite far enough along with brewery installation to say for sure yet.

Man, I wish I still lived around the corner from JA in Sherborn. Pretty awesome to see how they've expanded since they first opened. Free small samples at the old taproom was always a good time.

Correct, no fryer. Trying to cook or at least finish as much as we can in the wood oven.

Would've loved some 3x HU w/Citra in a growler! Guess I'll just have to settle for 3x HU w/Calypso

 

Our growler station has 12 lines so the 3x dry hopped hoponius versions will be taking turns for growler fills.

@JacksAbbyBrewing, if I'm not mistaken you used to purge growlers with CO2 before filling at the old spot, right? Is there a plan to implement that in the new space? Not a criticism, just want the beer to be as delicious as it possibly can be (for as long as it possibly can be).

Didn't have time to get some food or check out the bar area last night, but I can't wait to. The place looks great!
