Sorry, let me clarify. I live in Columbus, but will be out of town this weekend. If anyone from the Columbus area is heading to Jackie O's and is able to pick up extra bottles and bring them back to Columbus, I will pay them for the bottles and give them Bruery membership-only beers as a thank you.

 

I gotcha. That seems kinda reasonable, but having someone pick you up 6-12 is probably not going to happen.

 

Guys can we get back to discussing what kind of cheese curds variants they'll have at the anniversary party.

 

How am I hiding? How else am I supposed to share my opinion on BeerAdvocate except by posting on BeerAdvocate? I'd tell you the same exact thing in person. In fact, I'll be at Jackie O's either this evening or Friday, haven't decided yet. Glad to have this discussion with you there as well, since I'm hiding somehow on here. Just let me know.

As for my trades completed, I never said trading was bad. I was referring to people who see bottle releases and beers as primarily trading commodities, and not just beer to enjoy. Sorry, I find those people to be curse words I'd rather not type out.

By the way, never heard of that JFMBearcat scammer username. Very weird. That is actually my picture. I took that for Instagram with a can of Pizza Port Pix 6 pilsner that a friend in California sent me, was never posted on here. I have no idea who the creator of that account is or why it exists. Are there any other _Is_a_scammer profiles out there I wonder?

I'm actually going to report that account to the mods to see if it can be removed.

Personally, I'm a sauce-mixer. I go feta-marinara mix and it's just...delightful.

I do keep thinking about the tap list in December, though...

Well i won't be at Jackie o's to have what I am sure would be a very productive conversation but I would definately look into that trolling job someone did as a user name on ya. Not a cool move on their part. I guess I do look at rare releases as a commodity in that they can help me to obtain and try other beers I otherwise would not have the opportunity to try. However I have never sold beer for profit or traded without making up $4$ on my end. If I would take that route my student loans would probably be paid off by now.

Just got back from Jackie O's. Seems like the BBBM is moving quick. Lot of people stopping in to the tap room picking up the full allotment while I was there. It was tasting great on draft.

 

Planning on swinging down early Friday afternoon. Even if I only got to have one on draft, it is always a great time and well worth the 2 hour drive for some cheese curds alone. If anyone else will be there (especially @beace) I usually bring some stuff to share just in case. BTW folks, dont forget that Oro and Champion are still on tap!

 

The entire staff at all Jackie O's locations is awesome. Always enjoy hanging out there. Cheers to Mike, Stacy (sp?), and of course Liam.

 

I heard 450 cases to start. 80 sold yesterday. Not sure what sold today

 

Hope those last on draft I plan to drink my fill of those

 

The last keg of Champion was about to kick tonight. Although they probably saved a couple for the anniversary party.
