Seems like their draft list has alot of florida brewery influence.

Spellbound is a bit far from me, so I've never been, but it just seems to me like they need to chill out with the adjuncts a bit. I'm sure their beer is good and all, but I dk. It just seems... I dk. Adjuncts are fun and all, but it seems like 80% of the beers they make have adjuncts. Anyway, I was at Magnify a week or two ago and a guy mentioned how excited he was about the pepper bacon coffee maple porter and I legitimately laughed because I thought he was joking.

You know that the great majority of the adjunct beers are one-off, brewery only, small batches, right? Firkins or sixtels of their base porter/IPA with an addition allows the tap room to have a variety greater than their 4-6 base beers.

You should visit, drink their core brews, then ask why they experiment with adjuncts before telling them to chill.

Specialty ingredients added for flavor / aroma are not adjuncts.
