I actually bought a cutting board at JOs, but it's just too pretty to use. I hung it on the wall. Apparently, you can order specialty ones, i.e. monogrammed.

 

That is what I have thought every time I look at them. Black walnut and maple. Too pretty to cut shit on.

 

Their wood inlay work is pretty incredible. Just check it the tables.

I know like any other business, the customers can be annoying, and many are unappreciative and a pain in the ass. I think I speak for all of us when it comes to appreciation of your online presence and providing information though. You guys are always on top of your Twitter account and website too. Yep. They were out of larger sizes right away. I was there on Thursday and was out of luck.
