I haven't had that many, but they've all been in the Outstanding or World Class categories, so choosing is nigh on impossible.

    In no particular order:

    King Henry - GI
    BCBS - GI
    Wulver - Thirsty Dog
    Raison D’Exta - DFH
    Palo Santo Marron - DFH
    Aventinus Eisbock
    Harvest Ale (2001) - J.W. Lees
    Trappistes Rochefort 10
Cuvée Van De Keizer Blauw - Brouwerij Het Anker
    Hand & Seal - Brooklyn
    Old Stock - North Coast

Very tough as I enjoy large beers but I would have to say BCS and it's variants. Consistently great every time.

I prefer beers to not be in the 11+ range, but my answer is Aventinus Eisbock.

Black Tuesday = tastes like roasted toasted chocolate liqueur
Stone w00tstout = tastes like nutty soy sauce marmalade
Tweak = tastes like a red eye
World Wide Stout = tastes like devil's food french toast
