Deffinitely leaning towards Left Hand... yeahhhh, left hand sounds like a winner.

I'd have to say Orval. Every beer I've had from them has been amazing!

This thread makes me wish Founders would do a sour. It would make me WAY more confident in my answer.

If I had a mini corny, I'd buy a bunch of Cerise and then pitch some Russian River or Orval dregs. Might be a fun little experiment. That would be what... 8 4-packs / 6 growlers for a 3gal keg?

Might be some oxidation, but an experiment is an experiment.

It might be easier if you start with a sixtel of Cerise, so you wouldn't have to introduce all sorts of oxygen by pouring the bottles. Just release the pressure, open the top, pitch the dregs, and seal it up.

I have absolutely no idea if that would actually work as intended (never done anything of the sort), but it would be an experiment!

Either HF or The Alchemist, if we're including all their old brewpub offerings

Indeed! That would work a lot better if you had access to one. Now I need to figure out where to order one.
Total Wine by me only has the 4 packs, and I think there is a Whole Foods that may do growlers...

Tough call. DogFish and Cigar City would be cool to pick, but I'd have ot say Founders becuase there is plenty of regular options and a bunch of fun limited releases.

I originally chose Founders but after seeing your post I could easily switch my choice up to Bell's. Founders and Bell's Stout lineups are almost neck and neck IMO (Founders>Bell's), as well as their BA-ing. Founders IPAs are damn good but do not compare to Bell's. And like you said, I wouldn't be able to enjoy my beloved Sours and Lagers if Founders was my choice.

I've had only ONE Oberon, and only ONE Two Hearted ... easily the top two beers I've ever had. I haven't been drinking long, but damn those two beers are insane.

I hear Founders is really great as well.

A couple of weeks ago, I'd've said Samuel Adams because it's almost all I'd had. But definitely as of now, Bell's.

Also, these responses are making me glad I live in the Beer State...

I'm going with Jackie O's. I wouldn't say any one of their beers is my very favorite of any particular style. However, they have very solid offerings in just about every style I like, and are constantly experimenting with their new beers. On top of that, they are going to be canning some of their beers soon, so that's a huge plus (for me). I know I'd never get bored with them, and I would always have awesome stouts and sours at my disposal, and excellent canned IPAs for daily drinking!

Yep, I'd say Jackie O's would keep me pretty damn happy for the rest of my life!
