Interesting... I thought some of the other spontans were pretty good, for the right price I'd give this a shot

I love the spontan series. I love basil. I have been curious about where/how to get this. Anybody have an idea?

I think it's pretty solid. But too young when I tasted it, about 3 months ago. Summer sun, tomato salad & SpontanBasil = win

Looks like this won't be released until February of 2016 and will be VERY limited in the states. Only a few territories. Also, not going to be Lindeman's pricing, definitely on the mikkeller side. Not much info on price yet, but I am looking forward to purchasing it here in Oregon if it becomes available here. I trust lindemans with their guezes.

I still haven't seen it in NY or CA. I'm guessing I missed it at this point, but it was one of very few beers I've been actively looking for. Have you seen it yet?

I've only had SpontanBeetroot. It was...interesting. Earthy and not like any sour I've had, but I am very inexperienced with this style. $14.99 for a bottle though :astonished:

I will be looking for the Basil!
