I had afterimage the other day at a bar around other half. You can literally use my house as a brewery all
I ask For is a case a month if that means producing more of this. All seriousness might of been the best IPA/DIPA I've ever had

Got to try Super Symmetry and Rainbow Dome yesterday. Both were very very good. Rainbow Dome looks and tastes like a sour mimosa! Loved it. Can't wait to try some of Grimms IPAs.

Whoa, first can on Afterimage with heavy diacetyl in it... poured a way darker color too. Dumped it and opened my final can an was what is was used to... a bit surprised by that, but looking forward to the next can release.

There has to be a large variation in these cans. My first tasted so-so with a fruity yeasty flavor second was all butterscotch also.

Thanks for alerting to us to that. This is our first time using a mobile canner and we are on the lookout for any canning-related quality issues. Please write to us if you get any cans that are weirdly dark colored and taste like cardboard and butter. Dead giveaway something went wrong with the canning. If we end up hearing about a lot of these, we'll probably switch to bottles because we have a lot of experience with them and can be 100% confident about the fill quality.

Nah, they're cool and we're in touch with them. They're killing it on traditional german style beers. We're just trying to stay out of each other's hair.

Pulse Wave: 8.5% ABV, Equinox bomb. Hazy yellow-orange, awesome lasting head and lacing. Less sweet than Afterimage, so it comes across as more bracingly hoppy as opposed to a capri sun juice box. We get tropical notes of pineapple, peach, and citrus up front and very light chive. The equinox brings really interesting "green" flavors -- i imagine this is what chlorophyll tastes like. Not really getting much of the "bell pepper" note equinox is known for, more candied fruit and greenness. It finishes with a lasting, clean bitterness that is soft but pronounced.

Also coming out at the same time is Double Negative batch 3! We tasted it next to batch 2 last night and it is better without a doubt... maybe the best batch yet.

Craft Beer Cellar? Honestly not too familiar with the shops in Mass, but we do send some bottles up that way and our distributor takes it from there. The IPA cans are NY only however.

OK very cool stuff on the horizon! We have a blackcurrant/raspberry sour called Purple Prose... Tesseract batch 3 (cans)... Bourbon Barrel Double Negative batch 2... MAPLE SYRUP bourbon barrel double negative... Cloudbusting batch 2 (rotating NZ hops, this will be Wai-iti focused which is very exciting).

    Unbelievable!

This isn't the beer from the orange bitters barrel, is it?

Or am I making that one up?

Pretty sure Grimm Brothers has been around longer than Grimm Artisanal.

    Amen and holy shit.

That one is still in the orange bitters barrels! we were just tasting it yesterday. They're really interesting barrels but just too intense so we're planning what to blend them with. probably some kind of young sour wild ale or saison.

They put Orgone Accumulator in the orange bitters barrels, right? That one doesn't sound like that. Sounds great nonetheless though!

Just out of curiosity, where do y'all keep your barrels?

Yes this was originally Orgone Accumulator and has been in barrels with various strains of lacto and brett for something like 15 months.
