Went looking for it today in St. Cloud, and was told it isn't coming to our market.

So, is is still available in he northern metro, and where?

I had this last weekend and am befuddled as to why they didn't make a beer that at least tastes like there is wheat in it. To me it was more of a bland cream ale, I got zero banana, clove, fruitiness, or anything resembling wheat.

If you are able to make a quick trip to the G-Will liquors in Lino Lakes, they have a few cans left. Got to ask for it though.

Agreed. Actually reminded me a lot of Boulevard Wheat. I guess in that sense, it does say "American" Hefeweizen on the can, so maybe they weren't going for the traditional German banana/clove flavors with it? Regardless, I like it, but I don't like traditional German hefes much.

try hitting a local Cub Liquor, if you have one. they were only $9.99 a 4pack and seemed like they sat on the shelf for a little bit there.

The plan is to head to the cities from STC, and then head over to Somerset ( and the new brewery in New Richmond also). I think there's some Cub stores on 694, so I'll check them out.

This is mainly a novelty thing for my friend. I have warned him about the poor reviews.
