Heading to Marysville, OH

    Coming to Marysville, OH this weekend from Indiana for a funeral. I'll be spending the night Fri so wondering where would be a good place to grab a drink. Doesn't look like there are any local breweries, but would be happy for a good pub with some decent food and possibly a good bottle shop to hit up on the way out of town if there are any.

    I don't think there is much in Marysville itself. Probably worth your time to head over to the north Columbus area (Dublin, etc). If I knew your route I might be able to make some suggestions for along the way.

    Coming in on 33 from the NW. I was afraid that there might not be much in Marysville. It will be a very quick trip, but after spending some time with family will need a drink. Not really any reason that I can't bring my own cooler, was just hoping to catch some locals.

    Dublin/Powell is only a 15-20 minute drive closer to Columbus and has plenty of options. Daily Growler in Powell, Pint Room Dublin, Beer Kitchen 101, Kraft House #5 (not been there but heard good things) in Dublin are usual suspects. There is a new brewery in Powell I have not been to yet but thats also an option. Even the Market District Dublin Grocery store has beer to drink there and will have a good selection of stuff to buy and will be the closest option.

    MVP Mart in the north side of the town has a good selection. Check the bottle date because they have trouble going through inventory.

    I texted my friend who lives in Marysville and this is what he suggested. Hope this helps!

    Not much at all on 33 between Indiana and Marysville unfortunately.
