    I'm driving to Providence from Long Island tomorrow morning. Are there any places off of 95 that might have SOS or any good beer stores to stop at on the way back home?

    Honestly, your odds of just randomly finding it are slim. Granted, it can happen. There's an A&P in Old Lyme that I think has had it from time to time.

    Probably not since it dropped last week. Fairfield county got Super Session today if you're looking for any of that.

    Any idea of places? Not familiar with area at all and driving up to Mass today. May try to find some on way home if possible. Oddly enough as I wrote this Im at a rest stop with a sign for Fairfield right in front of me

    I think I would say the schedule has never been anything but inconsistent. Usually every three weeks, but not always. It rarely hits on the same day of the week as the last time it hit. Sometimes Sip and Super are available at the same time while other times they drop in separate weeks.

    It's not any pattern I would bet my life (or a planned in advance long drive) on. You really need to hear it hit, then make the effort to go get it.

    Lawson did post on his blog today that there will be fresh batches of Sip in CT weeks of 10/5 (this week), 10/12 and 10/26. Also mentioned that he is brewing Sip "generally" twice a month and Super Session once a month. Also, mentioned next Super Session would be week of 11/2.

    Super Session was dropped on Tuesday in Fairfield County.

    I saw at least 3 cases of Super Session on the floor in Stamford yesterday. No SOS though.

    I like Super Session, but at $12.99 or so for a six pack, I think there are much, much better options.

    I drive from NY to Boston a lot via 84 and I was wondering if there was anywhere near the highway that gets SoS distro. It would be great if I could pop off on my way to or from and grab some Sip.

    I have found it in the cooler at Stony Hill Wines & Spirits, which is in Bethel, in between Exit 8 and 9. Relatively easy off and on. I haven't figured out how often they get it, I just stop there when I'm grocery shopping next door.

    Probably monday for sip:

    Revelers in VT and CT alike will enjoy fresh batches of Sip of Sunshine IPA (cans & draft) the weeks of 10/5, 10/12 and 10/26. You’ll find a fresh batch of Super Session #2 (cans & draft) the first week of October and again the week of 11/2. Generally, Sip of Sunshine IPA is brewed twice a month and Super Session #2 is brewed once a month.

    Shipment to stores is much more sporatic than the dates they list. I got some in New Milford last night, they guy said he got it in Tuesday. At this place, it was pretty funny, they don't know me there, I walked in, took a look around, bought a six pack of Oskar Blues IPA, when I put it on the counter the guy says, "So, you like IPA's?" "Well, yeah." "I have some Sip Of Sunshine, want some?" "Yeah, sure. " Why put it in the back room if you're going to offer it to anyone who buys another IPA???
