We had a Founders sales rep in our store today, and he dropped the bomb. Has anyone else heard anything on this? We have three shelves dedicated to Founders, not including our beer cave or bomber isle. We also discussed setting up a Founders display near the front of the store. He said be on the lookout within the next month for the 12's.

    Thoughts?

Interesting. I love Dirty Bastard, but can't say I'd buy 12 at once. I usually just throw one in a mixed six pack when I'm in the mood. Also don't really care about cans if the beer isn't hoppy.

Exactly. I always crave a dozen or so Backwoods Bastards when hiking on a hot day, but they're just too heavy.
Black Tuesday is another refreshing one I wish they'd can for us active types.

A store by me put Dark Penance cans on their beermenus today. Don't know if it's real, or if they entered it incorrectly.

Yes please! I would buy 12 packs like crazy. The only other one I can buy in cans is Old Chub. There is not one day that goes by that Dirty Bastard isn't in my fridge!

Side note: while drinking a Mosaic Promise at the taproom last weekend, an employee mentioned that it was coming back, but she couldn't say how/when.

From my Founders sales rep a couple weeks ago, Mosaic Promise will eventually be replacing Pale Ale as a year-round 6pk, did not give me a timeframe though.

cans that have a shelf life don't sound like a bad thing- maybe they'll replace all the 10 month old All Day IPA packs that are all over town..
