Fair State Pahlay'ahlay bottles. Sediment issues?

    Honestly, if you want my opinion, and it seems like you do since you posted this post, the beer in question is getting on in age. Drank plenty of it fresh, and drink plenty of Fair State in general, bottles, and draft, and have never run in to this. BTW, while perhaps a bit disconcerting from aesthetic point of view, floaties pose no harm to you physically.

    I mentioned this thread to the guys at Fair State, and I encourage reaching out to the guys there yourself as well. In general, direct contact with the brewery is a good way to go if you encounter issues. Most breweries (Fair State included) appreciate feedback and are willing to work with consumers.

    With that said, I had a bottle on Thursday, thought it was tasting nice and did not observe "floaties" to the same level as in the picture posted, though it very obviously was not a bright beer. This may call for opening a bottle or three for QA purposes today...shucks.

    Thanks for the reply, you guys make great brew , and wish your coop was not a drive for me so i could go more often.
