Thanks to those with the info on the Surly 1349 Black Ale, I was able to get a bottle. Any chance lightning could strike twice and anyone has seen the Surly Long of Tooth sitting around? Missed both of those as I was trying to scale back the beer budget for a while. Thanks.

Has anyone had big ricc cans yet? Someone told me theirs had a horrible smell when they opened it

 

Funny, I really enjoyed mine, got it at Lake and Wine, no off smells to me, I preferred it BB Buffalo Sweat

I also liked it a lot, and nothing "off" about the couple of cans I've had.

Last time I picked one up was at Hennepin Lake....it was quite awhile ago, though. Maybe wouldn't hurt to call them or stop in.

Just cracked open a Barrel 5 from Fair State. Absolutely terrific.

 

G-will in Lino Lakes has Bell's 30th (limit 2), pompeii bombers, enjoy by 10/31 in sixers and bombers, central waters headless heron, surly 1349 black, surly nein, BB buffalo sweat, Bourbon Barrel Arrogant bastard, Bells neptune and oracle, black Butte XXVII, and breakfast stout bottled 09/26.

 

Small line outside indeed at 11 for rum King. Giving out tickets based on how many you want, for now

 

Crooked Stave Nightmare on Brett and Key Lime, Big RICC, BB Buffalo Sweat, Black Butte XXVII, Nein, Wet, fresh Sue, Enjoy by 6'ers, among others chillin' at G-Will Brooklyn Park. You might have to ask for some of them.

 

And I just noticed that they gave us two Barrel 10's instead of two Barrel 5's. That's awfully annoying since we opened the 5 thinking that we had another one.

Are they still selling bottles of 5? I really wanted to have one to age.
